AFBSX private placement investments or non-public offerings are investments made between selected investors with common interest, by duly endorsed contract agreements between parties involved, and power through their respective bank officers.

Our private investment transactions aim is to give selected investors, both selling & buying, total sense of control, and security whilst protecting their money, and product from point of departure to receipt, inspections and payment. The bank officers have the authority to cancel or recall ‘Proof of Product’ against shared ‘Proof of Fund’ if either party fails to fulfill the private placement contract agreement between investors.

This process ensures credibility, reliability, trust, and reduces the risk factor of failure of investors receiving product, delivery, inspections, insurance, and payment when transacting international deals between investors located in the Caribbean, Central, South or North Americas, Europe, Asia, African, Australia or Antarctica. Of course one can never disregard to act of God, war or incidentals.

Investors are free to use/share MT799 & MT760 and financial instrument SBLC/LC from their bank or these devices through our London City based providers to facilitate duration of investment contract agreements. 

Our private placements investments are cash, and asset (product) backed, secured and shared instruments which are sold not through a public offering, but rather through a private offering, to only chosen investors.
